I'LL BRING RESULTS

What you can expect from out first meeting.
This initial meeting will be a fact-finding one.

You can expect me to:

  • Measure each room
  • Take exterior and interior photos
  • Jot down key features on a questionnaire I’ll bring with me.

You can expect me to ask pertinent questions, such as:

  • What improvements have you made in recent years?
  • When your home is listed, will you be able to supply a copy of your property survey? Your deed? Your title policy? At least two sets of keys?
  • What are your utility costs?
  • Are there any special assessments such as sewer?

In short, I’ll want to find out as much as I can about your home so that I can come back with (1) a pricing recommendation and (2) a custom marketing plan that will work hard to help get your price.

By taking the time to study your home beforehand, my pricing and marketing strategies will be more precise and effective than if I walked in your door for the first time with a price recommendation in hand.

What you might expect to ask me.
Whether you’ve sold a house before or this is the first time, dozens of questions are sure to come up as you start the process. Questions I’m often asked and you yourself may be wondering about include:

  • Are there things I can do to make my house worth more in the eyes of the buyers without spending a lot of money?
  • Should major appliances be included in the sale?
  • What is the “seller disclosure”?
  • Do you advise putting a Realtors “lock box” on my house? How is my security protected?
  • Will I get advance notice whenever my house is shown?
  • Is every buyer going to want a home inspection?

Whatever your concerns, don’t hesitate to talk to me about anything that’s on your mind. If you’re under any time constraints to sell, you may want to discuss that as well.

Bring up whatever you need to ask to feel comfortable and confident about selling your home through me.

What happens next
When we meet again in a few days, I’ll lay out my entire strategy for helping you get the best possible price for your home. You’ll see the actual marketing pieces I’ll use from the handouts to the print and online ads. We’ll discuss pricing and take an in-depth look at the market.

I look forward to demonstrating to you how inviting me in to market your home will bring you the results you seek.
